Don’t ignore the dirty floor.

I love walking barefoot at home.

Last week, I went to a friend’s place for dinner. When I walked in, he said: “Get yourself a pair of slippers, there’s some dust on the floor.”

I asked, “Why don’t you clean the floor?”

He froze for a moment. Then shrugged. “You know, I’ve never thought of that.”

We often come up with solutions instead of thinking about the problem deep enough.

So whenever you can, invite people to your house.

Ask for feedback. Work on blind spots. Whatever works for you.

But don’t ignore the dirty floor.
